  Property Manager - Save

  • It is important to guests that the property is clean and properly equipped when they arrive and that they have someone they can contact who will promptly resolve any issues that may arise during their stay, whether it is something minor like changing a light bulb, or something more serious.
     
  • Therefore Save Property Management has been selected to provide this service. Save is run by David Roscoe, who lives just across the road from Regal Palms on Highlands Reserve. He himself has owned a property at Regal Palms since the resort first started, so appreciates the needs of guests. He started his Property Management business to provide a better standard of service than had previously been available. Save is now the largest independent management company at Regal Palms. He is now responsible for over 130 of the better properties.

  • Ian's villa can also be booked through the Save website if you wish. It has code number CP204DP. It is one of the specially-selected 'Simon at Regal Palms Collection' properties.
     
  • It is important to note that Ian's Villa is let on a 'self-catering' basis. It is not a full-service 5 star hotel and there is no daily maid service, for example. Between a guest's departure and the arrival of the next guest, Save will clean the house, do the laundary of all the bed linen and towels, make the beds and provide an initial supply of basic essentials such as soap and tissues. The standard charge for this ($95 including tax) is included in the house rental quote. Guests are responsible for their own laundry, cleaning, consumables and food preparation during their stay. Most guests are happy with this arrangement and prefer to 'do their own thing' in any case.
     
  • However, Save can provide additional services, on request. So if you would like a little more pampering, e.g. perhaps you are celebrating so would like a bottle of champagne to be waiting for you on arrival, or perhaps you are arriving very late so would like some groceries ready for your first breakfast, or you are staying for 3 weeks and would like an extra clean at the end of each week, please contact Save to discuss your requirements and they will be pleased to give you a quote.
     
  • Outside office hours, Save have a 24 hour answering service: 863-557-4796. If it is an emergency be sure to leave a message and they will get back to you as soon as possible. Their contact details are also on the fridge door.
     
  • Save also provide a 50-page 'Welcome Book' in the property containing lots of useful information about 'Things To Do' etc.
